Refund policy

Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your artwork . Returns started within this window are subject to a restocking fee of 10% to cover processing fees. If after 5 days we approve a return, you would be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any incurred shipping costs on our end will be subtracted from the total amount refunded. Items must be returned in the same condition with all the same packing materials to receive a refund.
